1. Shipping & Delivery Policy
Karachi Deliveries (24-48 Hours)
All orders within Karachi are fulfilled directly from our main logistics facility at R-10, Rafi Garden, Malir City, Karachi. Deliveries typically arrive within 24 to 48 hours. Express same-day delivery may be arranged for urgent gym accessories upon request.
Nationwide Cargo (3-5 Working Days)
Commercial racks, multi-home gyms, treadmills, benches, and heavy weight plates are securely packaged in reinforced wooden crating or multi-ply export cartons. We partner with established logistics carriers (TCS, Leopards, and registered overland heavy cargo transporters) to guarantee safe transit to every corner of Pakistan.
Tracking & Dispatch Confirmation
Once your equipment departs our warehouse, you will receive an official consignment / bility number along with direct cargo tracking details via SMS and WhatsApp. Our dispatch team monitors each consignment until delivered.
Assembly & Technician Assistance
Karachi: On-site technician assembly can be scheduled upon delivery.

2. Returns & Replacement Policy
7-Day Inspection Window
We want you to train with absolute confidence. If any product arrives damaged during cargo transit, has missing hardware, or exhibits a factory defect, you are eligible for an immediate replacement or full refund within 7 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility Checklist:
- Item must be in unused condition with all structural bolts, pins, and accessories.
- Original packaging, boxes, and protective foam should be retained.
- Proof of purchase (Order number, invoice, or phone number used at checkout).
- Clear unboxing photo or video highlighting the defective or damaged area.
Damaged in Transit Protocol:
Heavy gym iron and motorized equipment travel long distances. If outer crating arrives visibly battered, please note this with the courier delivery agent and take a photo. Message our WhatsApp support at 03146514260 within 48 hours, and replacement parts or a replacement unit will be dispatched immediately at zero extra cost to you.
