Terms & Conditions of Sale
Last updated: October 2026 · Governed under applicable commercial laws of Pakistan.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through Elite Fitness (elitefitnessonlinestore.com) or our official WhatsApp / phone ordering desks, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please discontinue using this store.
2. Gym Equipment Safety & Fitness Disclaimer
Important Health & Safety Notice:
Heavy strength training, powerlifting, and motorized cardio conditioning involve physical risks. Prior to initiating any high-intensity fitness program, consult with a qualified medical professional.
Users must follow all manufacturer weight limits, structural safety guidelines, and secure barbell collars and spotter pins before loading weights. Elite Fitness is not liable for injuries resulting from improper exercise form, equipment overload beyond rated capacities, or lack of spotter precautions.
3. Pricing, Specifications & Stock
All product prices listed on the storefront are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). While we make every attempt to ensure accurate dimensions, steel gauges, and inventory status, inadvertent typographical errors or stock variations may occur. Elite Fitness reserves the right to correct errors and adjust orders prior to cargo dispatch.
4. Order Verification & Cancellation
Due to the substantial weight and cargo shipping costs associated with gym machinery in Pakistan, orders placed with Cash on Delivery (COD) require verbal or WhatsApp confirmation prior to dispatch. If contact cannot be established within 48 hours or provided addresses are unverifiable, Elite Fitness reserves the right to cancel the order.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, custom product photos, text, and technical specifications hosted on this domain are the intellectual property of Elite Fitness Pakistan. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
